sWhen I first signed-up for the condo units at MOA and thought about having to pay for the downpayment and wait for the buildings to finish (5 years), I started to have doubts. Thank God I waited. Our short term rentals couldn't be more successful ! We are almost fully booked week after week. This is because we have established good relationships with our clients and we get a lot of referrals and repeat clients.
Our SECRET? Our staffs are very well trained and we make sure that our units are well maintained and in top condition. We also have a 5-minute response time policy for any inquiries or concerns. Customer service is our #1 priority.

Our Shore Residences units were launched 3 months ago and we couldn't be happier with the turnout ! We have established good processes and our clients were very happy and satisfied. We now have an onsite manager and our customer service is 24x7. We are very excited for our future units to be completed. Next summer, we are preparing for our units at FAME residences in Mandaluyong.
Short-term condominium rental market is a great business if owners are willing to put time and effort so guests can stay stress and worry free. I believe that we have done a great job in accomplishing this.

We are very excited that the number of our Condo units are increasing ! We just bought 3 units plus parking at Red Residences, Makati, bringing our total number of Condo units in Metro Manila to 19 plus 3 parking.
We are continuing to improve each day so by the time all the condo units are complete, we will be in full operation with great process and happy/satisfied clients.
We cannot be happier with the turn out of our new units at Shore Residences. We assigned dedicated onsite Customer Service Manager and introduced a brand new Mitsubishi Montero SUV for car service. Our clients have been giving us perfect reviews and our calendars are always busy (in a good way :-)). Our Shore units are highly upgraded, we are giving 5-star hotel service including coffee, water, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and more. We offer reasonable rates and excellent customer service. Our clients are getting the best value for their money.
We always strive for perfection. We are re-investing all our income back to the units. We are looking forward to acquiring more units so we can further grow the business and have better process and structure.
It is a very exciting time for us. We are purchasing a brand new Mitsubishi Montero to use as a Car Service to our guests. This will be available by January 2018.
Our Shore units will also be ready by January 2018. We are currently putting together our plans and designs and we couldn't be more excited. It is finally happening !
We are very excited. Our two units at Shore Residences are almost done. We learned so much this past year and a half managing our Shell Residences units and we can only improve. We cannot be happier with the results. We had happy clients
We recently performed a major maintenance of the units. We blocked the calendars for almost 1 week to replace/update furniture, bulbs, cabinets, including grout. We even did general cleaning which made the units looking like there were never lived in. We also make sure we have updated sheets, towels and supplies. We are doing our best to have the best condo units. Of course, we want to have happy customers that is why we have a 5-15 minute wait policy to respond to clients' inquiries.
We look forward to 2017 as we will have more units at Shore Residences.
