We have multiple units of 1-Bedroom with balconies facing amenities at Shell Residences, Shore Residences, S Residences across Mall of Asia (MOA) and FAME Residences (Edsa Corner Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong). More units are currently being built at Shore 3 (MOA), FAME 3 and Fame 4 Residences (Edsa Corner Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong), Bloom Residences (Sucat, PNQE), GOLD Residences (NAIA, PNQE), MINT Residences and Red Residences (Chino Roces Ave, Makati). We are here to stay in this business.

Dhal is the General Manager. She has the overall responsibility for the entire condo rental business.

Vanessa
is the Condo Manager. She will coordinate with you to ensure we have all your arrival and departure information and your check-in and check-out process will be seamless. Vanessa's goal is to keep you worry-free. |
Afril is the Assistant Condo Manager. She works with Dhal and Vanessa to make sure all bookings are smooth and accurate.
Afril's goal is to make sure almost everything is accommodated. |
Ace is the Sales and Marketing Manager. She works with Dhal and Vanessa to make sure our social media accounts are updated and accurate. Ace's goal is to make sure our clients are always updated with our services through online advertisements.
Ally is one of our Reservation Specialist. She works with the team to make sure all bookings are accurate in our booking system. Ally's goal is to make sure that guests details are all accurate.

Noli is one of our Asst. On-site Manager. He works with the team on a daily basis to ensure all units are well- maintained and guests are well accommodated. Noli's goal is to make sure all our units are in perfect condition and guests are satisfied through our service.
Cath is one of our On-site staff. She works with the team on a daily basis to make sure all units are clean and sanitized. Cath's goal is to make sure all our units are clean for our guests.
