Q : How far is Shell, Shore and S Residences condo to MOA?
A : Shell and S Residences are literally across the street from the Mall of Asia (MOA), making them extremely convenient. Shore Residences is just a 3-minute cab ride away, or an 8-10 minute walk. Please refer to Location tab to see the pictures.
Q : How far is Fame condo to Central EDSA?
A : Walking distance to Green District, MRT Shaw Blvd Station, Megamall, and Edsa Shangrila. Please refer to Location tab to see the pictures.
Q : How far is Bloom condo to Business and Shopping District?
A : It is about 10-15minutes away to business and shopping district. Please refer to Location tab to see the pictures.
Q : How far is Red condo to Business and Shopping District?
A : It is about 10-15minutes away to business and shopping district. Please refer to Location tab to see the pictures.
Q : What are the sizes of the units and how many can they accommodate?
A : Our Shell, Shore, S, and Red condos are about 27 square meters.
Our Shell, Shore and Red have balconies facing amenities, while the S condo balconies are facing the city skyline view. They have 1-2 Queen size beds and 1 futon. Ideally, 2-3 people, however, they can accommodate 4 people.
NOTE: We do have side-by-side units. Depending on availability, you can rent both if there are more than 5 people in your group. While our Fame unit is about 24 square meters and with balcony facing the amenity area. Our Bloom 2 bedroom condos is about 32 square meters with balcony.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in Time: 2:00 PM or later and Check-out Time: 12:00 PM or earlier.
Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly to ensure a smooth experience.
Q: Do we need to submit a valid ID before check-in?
A: Yes, SMDC requires that we submit your check-in papers (along with a copy of your ID) 24 hours before arrival. Therefore, please make sure to book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Q : What do we get when we check-in?
A : When you check in, we provide a variety of essentials to ensure a comfortable stay:
- Bathroom Essentials: Shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and towels
- Convenience Items: Hangers, iron, and hair dryer
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Utensils and all necessary kitchenware
Q. Do you allow early check-in?
A. We normally allow early check-in if the unit is available (no client checking out before you). This is because we need time to clean and make sure the unit is ready for you. If they check-out early, we will let you know right away. It's just that we cannot guarantee.
Q. Do you allow late checkout?
A. We might allow late check out if there is no client checking in before you. There would be a minimal fee for late check-out. But again, we cannot guarantee.
Q. Do you collect security deposit?
A. Yes, depending on your length of stay, we will require a reasonable security deposit to cover any incidentals, damages and/or missing items during your stay. This is fully refundable when you check-out.
Q : Do you provide Wifi and Cable?
A : Yes, we do provide WiFi and cable. We offer high-speed WiFi through Globe for Red Residences and Woofy for Shell, Shore, S, and Fame Residences. Additionally, all units are equipped with cable TV.
Q. Does the unit have washer and dryer?
A. The unit does not have a washer and dryer, but the building offers convenient laundry services. Here are the details:
- Shell Residences: SUDS Laundry Service is located at Shell Tower C.
- Shore Residences: City Bites Laundry Service is located at Shore Tower A near BDO.
- S Residences: Laundry service is located on the 2nd floor next to the admin office.
- Fame Residences: Bloomingdale Laundry & Dry Cleaners is located on the ground floor of Fame Mall, with additional services in the 2nd floor parking area.
- Red Residences: Laundry services are available (specific location within the building to be confirmed).
Q : Is there parking and how much is the fee?
A : Yes, we do have parking spaces available. Here are the details:
- Shore 1 Residences: Approximately a 5-minute walk from Shell to Shore Residences. Parking is located at Tower B, No. B2P0288, with a size of 12.50 SQM and just 10-15 steps away from the elevator.
- Shore 3 Residences: Located at Building C, PB223.
- Red Residences: Located at Building 1, No. P0523.
- Fame 3 Residences: Located at Building 3, No. P6054.

Q : Is there a gym and do we have to pay to use it?
A : Yes, there is a gym available. For guests staying 30 days or more, the gym is FREE. For shorter stays, there is a gym available for a fee at the Mall of Asia (MOA), which is just a 5-10 minute walk from Shell, Shore, and S Residences. Additionally, Red Residences has a gym in the building with a fee of P150 per person.
Q : Is there a fee to use the pool?
A : Yes, there is a fee to use the pool. Currently, SDMC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. Here are the pool hours and access details:
- Shell, Shore 1, S Residences: Pool is open from 7 AM to 10 PM. Only 4 people are allowed to access the pool per unit.
- Shore 3: Pool is open from 9 AM to 6 PM. Only 4 people are allowed to access the pool per unit.
- Fame Residences: Pool is open from 9 AM to 9 PM. Only 2 guests are allowed to access the pool per unit.
Q : How deep is the pool?
A : The pool is 3-5 feet for adults. There is also a kiddie pool.
Q : Do you accept Bank Transfer instead of Credit Card Payment?
A : Yes.
