When I first signed-up for the condo units at MOA and thought about having to pay for the downpayment and wait for the buildings to finish (5 years), I started to have doubts. Thank God I waited. Our short term rentals couldn't be more successful ! We are almost fully booked week after week. This is because we have established good relationships with our clients and we get a lot of referrals and repeat clients.
Our SECRET? Our staffs are very well trained and we make sure that our units are well maintained and in top condition. We also have a 5-minute response time policy for any inquiries or concerns. Customer service is our #1 priority. Welcome 2019 !!!
