We had great clients comments and suggestions which we mostly followed. As you can see from our booking calendar, we had a great month of May. June is also filling up really fast. The new addition to our staff Bebot has been unbelievably awesome, accepting late night check-ins and early morning check-outs. She also made sure our PLDT wifi and cable were installed in 1 week. We now have a good process in place for a very easy coordination between clients and our staff.
Truthfully, I was very nervous when I first reserved the units 5 years ago but it turned out fine. I am very excited for the 2 units to be completed at Shore Residences next year.
It was a rewarding day, indeed. There was 1 week of open slot in our May calendar for unit 1130 and someone did a booking for that week !
As we continue to learn the process of this business and at the same time improve our internal process, I am beginning to see the rewards. Of course there are sleepless nights for me because I like to be able to respond to booking inquiries within 10 mins, I think it is all worth it. I started to delegate the finance reporting to my staff in Palawan, and teach them how to do what I do. The power of delegation ! :-).
I am establishing a foundation for our future units. I am beginning to like this business of trying to be the best in accommodation and easy check-in/check-out process. So far, our customers are happy. That's all that matters.
