Very exciting and busy 3 months

Our Shore Residences units were launched 3 months ago and we couldn't be happier with the turnout ! We have established good processes and our clients were very happy and satisfied. We now have an onsite manager and our customer service is 24x7. We are very excited for our future units to be completed. Next summer, we are preparing for our units at FAME residences in Mandaluyong.

Short-term condominium rental market is a great business if owners are willing to put time and effort so guests can stay stress and worry free. I believe that we have done a great job in accomplishing this.

"Grace's unit was perfect throughout our 9 day stay. It was well maintained and cared for, we really never felt we left home. Her representative Ms. Bebot was responsive to every query we had and always flashed a warm smile on her face. Check-in/out formalities were likewise smooth and on point. The tower was an easy 10 minute walk to SM Mall of Asia, Grab cars and taxis were also a breeze to get hold of. A 24 hour convenient store, gym, laundry, restaurants can be found The staff manning the entire property were all courteous and efficient.
